岗位职责：

1、Safety first for self and people around

2、Support all safety programs and coordinate PROCESS SAFETY MANAGEMENT (PSM)

compliance program by applying IMERYS Safety Policies

3、Evaluate and understand process equipment, process flows4、Perform and communicate troubleshooting for production issues5、Propose and follow up implementation of plant efficiency improvement, modifications to the equipment or to the process

6、Manage the process improvement portfolio and make recommendations for

prioritization

7、Liaise with Quality and R&D management team to support development8、Develop plant designs and equipment ions that best combine good productivity and low costs (both capital investment and operational costs).

9、Develop models for plant expansion, new processes and ensure successful

commissioning of projects

10、Design and organize trials of various scales in cost reduction or quality improvement

projects

11、Support the Capex preparation and make sure that capex process validation is applied

12、Report and present project progress at operational and technical meetings

13、Provide engineering support to the team for main investment projects

14、Initiate and support new potential operational cost saving projects

15、Support the tender process for supply and construction contracts

任职要求：

1、A bachelor′s degree in mechanical engineering, engineering technology, business, or a

related field with emphasis on facilities management is required

2、MS, in chemical or mineral process-related engineering is desirable3、+4 years process engineering experience is desirable

4、Technical project management or operations experience is a plus

5、Proven ability to manage CAPEX and other major procurement categories

6、Proficient in using office software

7、Fluent in English

8、Base Jianping in plant

9、Project management skills including planning and experimental design.10、Communication skills including technical writing and presentation.
