岗位职责：

  1、Install software on each new tool during manufacturing. Calibrate tool with software and test that it is functioning properly.

  2、Help with installation of each tool in the factory.

  3、Maintain tools in factory. Includes troubleshooting.

  4、Work with R&D team to develop and improve process. If able, could contribute to adding new software improvements when needed.

  5、Produces contingency plans for critical s.

  6、Analyzes technical requirements with the team to gauge level of effort.

  7、Creates technical documentation that can be easily understood by peers.

  8、Executes test of new features before implementation to minimize bugs and downtime

  9、Interface and coordinate with other R&D and Operations.

  10、Support deployment of new concepts, tools and processes in high volume manufacturing globally

  11、Self-driven, motivated, with ability to work both independently and with diverse teams.

  12、Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.

任职要求： 

  1、 Minimum B.S. degree with 1 yr of experience in Software or Electrical engineering or related engineering fields

  2、 English. Must be able to communicate with US based R&D team.

  3、 Ability to work independently.

  4、 Knowledge of mechatronics / automation systems and components

  5、 Experience using any camera software.

  6、 Knowledge of C#, ASP, .NET

  7、 Experience working with vendors

  8、 Strong understanding of IT hardware and device connectivity

  9、 Experience with ladder logic

  10、Able to read and create electrical schematics

  11、Understanding of electro-mechanical principles and interaction between electrical and mechanical

  12、components; ability to read and create electrical schematics

  13、Proven ability and track record showing how to apply scientific problem-solving techniques

  14、Willing to travel to and work at other manufacturing sites and/or suppliers up to 35% of the time.
