区域销售经理(华中地区 武汉 长沙)

Responsible for business development for products (senser) in South China region, including developing distribution channels, new market/OEM exploration, coordinating marketing research and analysis, promotion activities, etc.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Developing regional sales strategy, including target customer,/vertical market,/product, sales channel

2. Product and application support to company customer

3. Value selling to target customer and target vertical exploration

4. Identify target customer and system integrators candidates

5. Develop a qualified distribution and system integrator net to have good region and industry coverage at area

6. New Market survey

7. Customization project coordination

8. Coordinate with Market and logistic department and product divisions. 


TECHNICAL SKILLS / TOOLS:

Skills required include strategic planning, market research, value selling, sales presentation, voice of the customer (VOC), marcom, and presentation skills. Also requires solid MS Office skills (esp. Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and general computer skills.


EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE:

- Must have a Bachelors’ Degree in Mechanical or related Engineering;

- Requires a minimum of 3 years’ sales experience for factory automation products.

- Must have a proven track record of achieving high sales results.
