Achieve sustainable growth in target segment and market with value selling tools and funnel management process
Share gain from competitors, grow faster than peers in South China Market
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Along with those identified below, other duties may be assigned.
1. Sizing documentation, Qualify sales leads
2. Work with regional sales to close new opportunities in standard process
3. Provide tuning in the customers‘ field
4. Coach SI or partner, scale our business opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Self motivated, passion for winning, willing to challenge
2. Ability to adapt to changes and stronge ution
3. Value selling skills
4. Professional personal management, sense of urgency, result oriented
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills
6. Team work
7. Customer orientated, result driven, self motivated and high sense of responsibility
8. Integrity, mature, team working, good interpersonal communication and presenting skill
9. Able to work under pressure
10. Frequent business trips in South China wide is required
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
1. Bachelor degree or above in EE/Automation/Mechatronics/Mechanical or related major.
2. More than 5 years working experience, working in western foreign company & good
3. Related industry knowledge is must
4. Technical working background is desired
5. Native Chinese mandarin, Fluent in English is preferred
