Position: Internal Communication Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Reporting directly to Corporate Communication, Senior
Manager, this position is responsible for Medical’s internal
communication. He/she has to develop and implement internal communication
strategy. The position holder has to manage internal communications channels,
point of contact and advice on internal communication across the region.
2. Duties and Responsibilities:
3. Responsible for developing, writing, editing and
maintaining corporate content and materials for the corporate website and
intranet. To
work closely with the subsidiary company website supervision and management,
dissemination of corporate information, maintenance of corporate image.
4. Develop and implement internal communication strategy that
meets organizational objectives and alights with communication strategy and
overall strategy.
5. Measure the effectiveness of internal communications messages
and channels on on-going basis and make recommendations to review and amend the
strategy as appropriate.
6. Responsible for the employer branding building and promotion,
planning to carry out various internal branding.
7. Assist in staff engagement initiatives and
facilitate feedback from staff to management and adjust communications content
accordingly.
8. Support the team in writing and editing as part
of the team’s strategy to strengthen the communication and branding of the
Group to internal stakeholders across different platforms
9. Organise townhalls and events to cascade key
messages to employees and script talking points and content for its purpose.
10. Establish an internal communications strategy
in conjunction with senior managers and ute the strategy. Maintain brand
integrity across product lines and all other external/ internal communications.
11. Defining and developing the strategies which
underpin company’s CSR objectives.
12. Act as an internal and external representative
for the company CSR policies and projects. Responsible for raising awareness of
the company’s commitment to CSR and generating publicity.
13. Participate in internal communications programs
to inform and inspire employees to attain high level of engagement. Maintain
brand integrity across product lines and all other external/ internal
communications.
Quality:
•
Bachelor / Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or
Public Relations.
•
Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Communication
especially internal communication.
•
Able to manage relationships and expectations of multiple
stakeholders.
•
Experience organizing and leading events.
•
Must be highly organized with the attention to detail.
•
Excellent communication skills, videography and photography
skills.
•
Good command of English and Chinese both in written and
spoken.
