POSITION SUMMARY:
It is a technical product expert who will assist Design Institutes
globally to meet the technical specifications in new and existing nuclear power plants.
This position requires strong analytical and trouble shooting skills delivered
to our customers over the phone and in person. Travel to design institutes and customer
locations will be required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide design institutes with superior knowledge and solutions regarding
our products and their applications.
Specifically,
· Interpret
specifications and identify gaps
· Write test plans for
Engineering to meet specifications
· Write Qualified test
reports with data and test results from Engineering to qualify nuclear products
for a specific plant design.
· Triangulate different
requirements and see the bigger picture to minimize testing multiple times for
similar requirements
· Visit customers to
interpret their requirements and turn critical requirements into specifications
· Assist in the ion
of products
· Assist in
trouble-shooting problem applications
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or
other technical field.

1-3 years’ experience in a technical
product support role, and the company could provide comprehensive
technical & product training.

Read, write and speak
fluent English and Mandarin for purpose of clearly understanding and
communicating technical engineering requirements.

Ability to travel
globally with in China, Japan, Korea, and US (50% travel).

Knowledge of and experience in
industrial automation control principles.

Proven record of successful delivery of
customer service.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
