KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-  Establishing and documenting Process FMEA, Control Plans, Work Instruction, Check list, record sheets, statistical process controls and inspection techniques of respective processes

-  Jog & fixture design and finishing experience to solve product & process problems

-  Perform data analysis and trouble shooting

-  Lean Manufacturing Management (One-piece flow, kanban, 5S, SW，etc.)

-  Responsible for setting up and optimize new tooling, new equipment and assembly lines

-  Equipment/Tooling installation, maintenance and buy off

-  coordinate with relevant parties to qualify new product/ process/ equipment/ tooling

-  Participate into new products AQP and process design

-  Characterizing processes and developing specific action plans for continuous improvement in critical processes that has not demonstrated the stability and acceptable capability

-  Train technicians and operators

QUALIFICATIONS:

1.Above diploma degree, major in mechatronics or  related majors

2.At least three yeas working experiences in Production, Process

3.Read Machnical English materials and drawing 

4.Could use computer software such as Pro/E, Solidwork, AutoCAD, etc.

5.Good communication skills in both Chinese and English

6.Good application in MS office software

7.Team work spirit
