Responsibility & requirements：

This role is about expertise in Routing and Switching, Data Centre, Virtualization and Security.
This is a key role which will be Customer facing and will have key input to our future direction for Professional services.

Essential criteria:

 5-8 years of experience working in a Network System Integration environment, delivering R&S, Data Centre, Virtualization and Security projects.
 CCIE R&S/Data Centre/Security Certified.
 Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
 Meet customers to present NCR’s value proposition, gather requirements and work on creating quotations and proposals.
 Cisco – Nexus 5K, 7K and 9k, ACI, UCS, MDS design and deployment experience.
 VMware - VSphere, VCentre design and deployment experience.
 Microsoft - Hyper-V design and deployment experience.
 NetApp/EMC storage design and deployment.
 Extensive experience with working on Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint, Fortigate and Palo Alto firewalls, Bluecoat Proxy, F5 load balancer, and Riverbed Steelhead.
 Experience of working on projects involving IP multicast, BGP, OSPF.
 Deep knowledge and understanding of Cisco Hardware and Services (SmartNet, PSS).
 Experience with using Cisco CCW and creating BoM (Bill of Materials) for both hardware and services.
 Good understanding of Cloud concepts with an interest in market trends.
 Ability to explain the value of XX Professional and Managed Services to a customer.
 Experience with creating a well-defined set of service design documents, SOW (Scope of work), Requirements Gathering, HLD, LLD, As-built, UAT and Migration plan documents and Proposals in a timely manner.
 Comfortable delivering solution presentations to Customers.
 Be able to run projects as a Project Manager.
 Be able to manage people/resources and vendors as and when required.
 Flexible with frequent travelling domestically within China and outside China -HK, Taiwan and other countries.
 Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

Desirable criteria:
 Cisco/Avaya/Microsoft Voice design and deployment experience.
 Advanced Excel and Power point skills.
 Experience of designing and deploying Flexpod and or Vblock.
 Knowledge and deployment experience on SDN – Openstack, AWS, Azure.

 Strong written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese.
