Qualification:
-Technical Engineering background;
- Over
10 years operation mgmt. in MNC in manufacturing;
- Excellent
Germen & English language skill;
- Familiar
with the mgmt. on prod. , Quality, SCM, technical, NPI;
- With
good knowledge of molding, injection molding is preferable;
Responsibility：
-Operation Mgnt and control the
day-to-day activities of a single plant or multiple plants;
-
-Responsible for activities such as maintenance, manufacturing, quality
control, engineering, supply and logistics, distribution;
-
-Research, evaluate, and recommend investments in technology, capital,
equipment, systems, or other assets that will enhance the plant’s production
capabilities.
-
Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a
team of functional and operational managers to ensure that the plant meets its
established targets and standards
