Responsibility:

The Sr. Product Marketing Manager will manage and drive product marketing ideation, from beginning to end, developing and uting timely, well-positioned product marketing strategies and go-to-market programs that fuel demand and drive revenue.

 

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, the mission is to aggressively develop, prioritize and ute on tools and programs to drive expansion within customer accounts. You will work closely with marketing, BD, account teams, inside sales, and senior management to develop the programs and tools to meet revenue targets.

 


  1. Ÿ Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market. 开发产品定位、标注和区分我们的产品与市场的不同;
  2. Ÿ Create high-impact internal and client-facing materials that clearly communicate the value and unique advantage of our products. 拟写出非常有冲击力的说明书,以清楚地让内外部客户明白我们产的价值和优势;
  3. Ÿ Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of our products. 销售能力- 给销售团队介绍产品的价值,并开发销售工具来支持我们产品的销售流程;
  4. Ÿ Assist with training– ensure all sales members and client services can internalize and articulate our product positioning and message. 与培训配合- 确保所有销售成员和客服成员能铭记在心并清楚地表达我们的产品定位和信息。
  5. Ÿ Product launch – plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan. 产品发行- 计划新产品的发行以及计划的跨职能实施。
  6. Ÿ Market intelligence – be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on competition and how to dominate the market. 市场情报- 成为专家,详细了解买家他们为何买和买的标准、知晓竞争和如何去控制市场;
  7. Ÿ Work with MarComm to successfully launch new marketing collateral, web and social media content, trade shows, PR, launch events and training developed for both internal and external audiences. 与市场部(媒体战略)一起,在新品发布时,包括Web端、社会媒体、贸易展示、公关、发布事件,以及内外部观众的培训。




Requirements:


  1. ŸBachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent discipline; MBA or Engineering background preferred.
  2. Ÿ5+ years experience in B2B marketing position.
  3. Ÿ3+ year working experience in auto, insurance or software companies.
  4. ŸAbility to understand customer‘s technical requirements and to define product technical specifications.
  5. ŸBusiness analysis & story telling skills.
  6. ŸSolutions design and problem-solving skills.
  7. ŸExcellent teamwork and project management skills.
  8. ŸExceptional communication skills – written, graphical and verbal.
  9. ŸFocus on results, thorough analysis to drive performance of key metrics.
  10. ŸProactive mindset – ability to work with minimal guidance, set and adjust priorities.
  11. ŸExceptional attention to detail.
  12. ŸStrong analytical and quantitative skills; Strong bias towards data-based decision making.
