招聘要求:

Responsibility:

1.    Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market.

2.    Create high-impact internal and client-facing materials that clearly communicate the value and unique advantage 

       of our products.

3.    Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales    tools that support the selling process of our products.

4.   Assist with training– ensure all sales members and client services can internalize and articulate our product    positioning and message.

5.    Product launch – plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation   of the plan.

6.   Market intelligence – be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on   competition and how to dominate the market.

7.    Work with MarComm to successfully launch new marketing collateral, web and social media content, trade shows,   PR, launch events and training developed for both internal and external audiences.


Requirement:



  1. Ÿ  Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent discipline; MBA or Engineering background       preferred
  2. Ÿ  3 years experience in B2B marketing position
  3. Ÿ  1+ year working experience in auto, insurance or software companies
  4. Ÿ  Ability to understand customer‘s technical requirements and to define product technical specifications
  5. Ÿ  Business analysis & story telling skills
  6. Ÿ  Solutions design and problem-solving skills
  7. Ÿ  Excellent teamwork and project management skills
  8. Ÿ  Exceptional communication skills – written, graphical and verbal
  9. Ÿ  Focus on results, thorough analysis to drive performance of key metrics
  10. Ÿ  Proactive mindset – ability to work with minimal guidance, set and adjust priorities
  11. Ÿ  Exceptional attention to detail
  12. Ÿ  Strong analytical and quantitative skills; Strong bias towards data-based decision making
