Responsibilities
§ Strategic
Initiatives Management (PMO Office):
1)
Support
PMO head and Deputy CFO in developing the framework for initiating, uting,
tracking and evaluating Strategic and projects;
2)
Working
closely with business department to collect and consolidate the project
requirement, liaise with multi-functional teams and parties to finalize
required materials (business case, tracking report and etc.);
3)
Coordinate
and prepare Bi-weekly/Monthly/Quarterly decks for performance metrics relative
to goals set for countries and the region, which help management team monitor
strategic directions and leverage/prioritize resources;
4)
Join/lead
and deliver different scale, cross function projects assigned by department
head.
§ Planning,
Analysis & Management Support:
1)
Support
strategic planning/budgeting process that may involve data and business
analysis of finance, product and marketing, sales & operations, etc.;
2)
Works
closely with appropriate regional and local leadership team to provide sound
business analysis and recommendations upon request to support strategic
planning and decision-making;
3)
Other
daily/ad-hoc tasks under guidance of department head to
provide in sight for management decision making.
Qualifications
§
2-3 years of PMO or related strategic initiatives
coordination/tracking role in MNC companies, with IT service/software industry
as a plus;
§
Well
understanding of product design, software or digital product development; and
demonstrated experience coordinate medium to large size teams of cross
discipline resources with complex programs;
§
Strong
strategic thinking capabilities with hands on/practical character;
§
Great
PPT/EXCEL skills;
§
Good
communications in both Chinese and English, oral and written;
§
Strong
motivation, passion and keen to learn;
§
Industrial/background
preference: IT service/software PMO with PMP certificate as a plus;
§
Consulting
background with program coordination experience to IT/service industries.
