This person will be immediately responsible for:

 Setting the base for paint schedules:

·         Research and analysis……

·         Develop necessary methodology for…..

·         Test and qualify paint process based on local markets material and skills

·         Study and apply best practices and methods for painting …..

Expanded 6-12 months scope:

Research and leverage

·         Setting the base for continues research in the areas….

·         Leveraging Cesvi China know-how to the market….

·         Promoting the best practices in both theoretical and practical sense

·         Teaching in both theoretical and practical sense the methods….

The ideal candidate must have:

·         At least 5 years practical experience in repair, paint / panel beating

·         Engineering or related technical degree required

·         Extended knowledge within OEM, Paint industry and/or paint manufacturer

·         The ability to train, teach, research

·         Proven experience in improving processes

·         Dedicated person able to understand methodologies and turn it to database values

The ideal candidate must be:
