Report to: Sales Operation Manager
(IT system product foccus on AUTO market)
Job Responsibilities:
§ Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports for sales team;
§ Assist the Sales Operation Manager & Sales Teams on business planning and provide necessary data supporting;
§ Salesforce support (reporting design, forecast management);
§ Sales compensation structure, sales quota, sales achievement support;
§ Contract/Product pricing analysis support;
§ Maintain order records accuracy, track order status and provide support from ordering to billing process;
§ Sales Team meetings and events support (meeting minutes record, follow-up the process);
§ Support the sales operation manager and work closely with cross-functional team in quarter closing;
§ Other missions upon assignment.
Requirements & Qualifications:
§ College degree or above;
§ 5~7 years business operation support experience;
§ Excellent oral and written English;
§ Outstanding communication skills;
§ Basic financial and business knowledge;
§ Skilled in project / process management and meeting facilitation;
§ Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and balance priorities;
§ Team player with strong negotiation skills, professionalism and can work independently;
§ Good command of computer skills, e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Power, Word, and Excel.
