Responsibility
1. Develop, implement and ute the necessary metrics to continually monitor the effectiveness of all the training programs and materials
2. Assist the delivery of all training programs and materials in the most effective, efficient and cost effective manner
3. Support wide-scale organizational development initiatives, including leadership and management development, employee staff survey, customer service, and change management
4. Control the result of all training programs and assist to link to employees’ evaluation
5. Develop locally specific training materials and implement and ute programs
6. Develop and optimize company policies and regulations
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above with the major in Human Resources or similar
2. Fluent in spoken and written German, English language skills are an advantage
3. More than 2 years of experience in HR and training field
4. Good presentation and analytical skills, excellent communication skills; Strong computer skills in MS Office software especially in Excel
5. With general understanding of learning resources and trends, familiar with human resources processes, policies, and programs
