Executive Assistant
Job description
1. Organize
and coordinate international and domestic travel
2. Create
and develop visual presentations
3. Collate
and process invoices and other expense documentation for payment
4. Perform
typing assignments. Responsible for proofreading the documents and making
spelling, grammar and layout adjustments.
5. Serve
as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding
administrative issues related to purchasing, facilities, operations, etc.
6. Assist
with programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the Office of the CEO
7. Coordinate
special projects and department activities
8. Perform
administrative and other related duties as assigned
9. Travel
will be required
10. Overtime
will be required
Desired Skills and Experience
1. Associate
Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience required
2. The
required skills, knowledge and abilities are typically acquired through a
minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting C-Level Executives
3. Must
have hands-on experience with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook); knowledge of other software
applications (Oracle) a plus
4. Ability
to effectively communicate with others at all levels of the Company including
Executives, both verbally and in writing
5. Ability
to ute tasks with minimal guidance
6. Ability
to orchestrate multiple activities simultaneously
7. Ability
to accurately complete tasks and projects, within allowable timeframes
8. Ability
to demonstrate a courteous, tactful and professional approach with employees
and others
9. Ability
to perform special assignments as requested by the management team
10.Ability
to efficiently organize, manage, coordinate meetings and events
11.Ability
to work both independently and as part of a team
12.Must
be discreet and maintain confidentiality at all times
