Special Knowledge:
Project management knowledge for design and
building phases of high quality buildings
Your Responsibilities:
§ Responsible for the assigned project management work in an
independent and responsible way and report to the head of project
§ Work as a part of an international team with high quality standards
under the coordination of the head of project
§ Control the work and service of the designers, engineers and
construction companies which are hired by the clients of Drees & Sommer and
advise on possible risks, conflicts and improvements
§ Represent and fulfill the quality standards of the company towards the client
§ Active control of deadlines,
costs and quality of design and construction processes
§ Manage and coordinate the processes and team
Your Qualifications:
§ Bachelor/Master degree in facility management or engineering.
§ Solid understanding of design and construction processes.
§ Knowledge of Chinese laws and government regulations regarding to
building constructions & real estate
§ Having 5-10 years of relevant working experience on Mechanical &
Electrical Engineering and Project Management, furthermore international
experience would be of advantage.
§ Having the ability to communicate complex technical issues
effectively and good coordination skills, to structure and organize the work
process efficiently and possess outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills.
§ Fluent in English (written and oral), German would be
appreciated .
§ Strong computer skills with MS-Office, MS-Project.

§ 监督由公司客户雇用的设计师，工程师和施工单位的工作和服务，向客户提供关于可能性风险，冲突和改进的建议
§ 向客户提供代表公司高质量标准的服务
§ 主动控制在设计和施工过程中的交付时间，费用和质量问题
§ 管理和协调工作流程和团队
要求
§ 设备管理或工程专业本科/硕士
§ 扎实的建筑设计和施工流程知识
§ 了解有关中国建筑方面的法律知识和政府在建筑和房地产业颁布的条例
§ 有同业5-10年机电工程和项目管理专业工作经验，如果有国际经验更好
§ 能有效沟通复杂的技术问题并具备良好协调能力，能有效地规划和组织工作流程，拥有人际交往能力和领导能力
§ 流利的英文书写和沟通能力，同时懂德文更好
§ 熟练掌握和使用MS-Office 和MS-Project软件
