Your Responsibilities:
§ Support clients with concepts which lead to long-term economies of
scales and maintenance of value regarding their facilities and portfolios.
§ Responsible for supporting our clients in establishing a strategic
facility management and operating it in a professional way for both new developments
and assets.
§ Advise our clients in the field of organizational consulting, life
cycle costing and operations models.
§ Based on our clients’ requirements and targets, use our project
knowledge to develop economic concepts with individual scenarios and solutions
for them.
§ In charge of the assigned project management work in an independent
and responsible way and report to the project leader.
§ Work as a part of an international team with high quality standards
under the coordination of the project leader.
§ Drafting correspondences, minutes of meeting and reports.
§ Represent and fulfil the quality standards of the company towards the client.
Your Qualifications:
§ Bachelor/Master degree in Facility/Property Management,
Architecture, Civil Engineering or other related field
§ olid understanding and knowledge of Facility Management costs
regarding the Chinese market
§ Knowledge of Chinese laws and government regulations regarding to
building constructions and real estate
§ Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, furthermore
international experience would be of advantage.
§ Strong coordination skills in meetings with clients, designers,
consultants, general contractors and subcontractors.
§ Efficient communication skills.
§ Fluent in English (written and oral), German would be
appreciated.
§ Able to work under pressure, willing to travel and are highly
customer focused.
§ Strong computer skills with MS-Office, MS-Project.
