Job Description:

We are  looking for automation engineer with SCADA & PLC or other DCS experience.

The department is engaged in automation solutions, manufacturing IT solution for production in the pharmaceutical and biotechnological industries, work with design, consultancy, development, implementation, and related computer validation.

Your principal workplace will be in the Tianjin office. You will work with projects globally.

Your job

Your primary tasks will be design and implement automation solutions for the client according to the process request.

We are working with systems from Siemens, Rockwell and GE-Fanuc (Siemens S7/Wincc/PCS7, AB PLC-5/SLC500/ControlLogix, GE-Fanuc iFix, Emerson DeltaV, ABB Sattline/800XA, or other systems)

You will specify, document, develop, and validate the automation systems. The solutions are typically applied to process areas such as: API field, and other process like preparation, Filling, Inspection, Packaging, Autoclaves, Freeze Drying and various utility plants including CIP/SIP, Clean Utility, Recovery and Environment Monitoring. You will be handling tasks pertaining to specifications, design, implementation, test and validation in accordance with current regulatory requirements.

Assignments will take place both in China and internationally and you must expect work-related travelling domestic and oversea.

Qualification:

·         Engineering, automation, or similar bachelor degree as minimum.

·         You have experience of automation projects or production environments. Using at least one automation systems as mentioned above.

·         Skill within one or more of VBA, SQL is preferable.

·         It is an advantage if you have a good understanding of industry standards such as S88, S95.

·         Knowledge of regulatory requirements in connection with pharmaceutical production is a plus.

·         Knowledge of GAMP5 and related computer system validation is a plus.

·         Proficiency in spoken and written English.
