Senior Project Manager ‐ Building Consultancy
Based in Shanghai China

Special Knowledge:
Project Management for project initiation, design, construction and hand‐over phases of diversified high quality buildings

Your Responsibilities:
Responsible for the assigned project management work in an independent and responsible way and report to the head of project; or be the head of project
Work as a part of an international team with high quality standards under the coordination of the head of project
Control the work and service of the designers, engineers, consultants, general contractor and subcontractors which are contracted by the clients and advise on possible risks, conflicts and improvements
Represent and fulfill the quality standards towards the client
Active control of deadlines, costs and progress of design and construction processes
Design quality assurance and construction management

Your Skills:
Solid understanding of building Project Management processes and experience of Project Management at initial phase, all design phases and construction phase
Clear overview on definition of roles, scope of work and responsibilities of involved Parties
Strong coordination in meetings with client, designers, consultants, general contractor and subcontractors
Efficient communication in drafting correspondences, minutes of meeting and reports
Outstanding leadership in project team organization and streamline work processes efficiently
Knowledge of Chinese laws and government regulations regarding to build‐ing constructions & real estate
Having the ability to communicate complex technical issues effectively and good coordination skills, to structure and organize the work process efficiently and possess outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills

Your Qualifications:
Bachelor/Master degree in civil engineering, architecture, project management and construction management
Having 5‐10 years of relevant working experience, furthermore international experience would be of advantage
Fluent in English (written and oral), German would be appreciated
Strong computer skills with MS‐Office, MS‐Project
