岗位职责:
- Project the manpower planning and assistant GM on establishing an high efficiency organization structure.
- Manages the process of sourcing, interviewing and ing suitably qualified candidates to assume positions
within the organization. In doing this, ensures that the candidates have the potential to grow and contribute to the
future needs of the companies‘ business.
- Ensures compensation packages are competitive to attract and retain staff. Applies the guidelines designed for
reward system, understanding how jobs are valued and using market pricing and planning to manage pay for
performance, internal equity and motivating employees.
- Manages the process of employee counseling, performance management, business integrity issues and the
separation of individuals from the company.
- Provides leadership in driving critical HR programs/project initiated by Management team, especially in building
up quality resources of the organization and a high performance culture.
- Drives training and development activities that ensure the company retain and develop employees to the mutual
benefit of the individual and the company. Establishes a learning environment.
- Develops, recommends and implements HR policies and practices that are good for company development.
- Provide advice to senior management on all HR related issues as well as contribution to the development of the
Asia long term business plans and local HR policies.
- Build up a motivated HR team to support on all operational functions

Skills Required/Desired:
• At least 12 years of Human Resources experience to manage a large manufacturing organisation of at least 500 or more headcount
• Good influencing skills and able to drive the organisation towards it‘s organisational goals and strategies
• Able to build strong working relationships with internal customers. Demonstrable maturity, professionalism and gravitas
• Works with others in a collaborative and solutions focused manner to achieve win-win outcomes
• Meets deadline and adapts to changing conditions to generate effective and pragmatic solutions to new situations and problems as they are presented
• Strong working knowledge of local and China‘s employment law issues and the ability to apply these to a variety of situations using a pragmatic and common sense approach
• Familiar with best practices to manage unique situations
• Plans ahead to anticipate problems, plans for worst-case and best-case scenarios
Personal Attributes:
• Excellent English communication skills with a Bachelor/Masters degreed education
• Experienced to lead a team of HR specialists and HR business partners
