职位要求：

1、  本科以上学历；
2、  具有5年以上设计院或工程公司暖通设计经验；
3、  丰富的工业项目设计经验，具有医药、电子行业经验优先；
4、  熟练的英语沟通能力。

Your main responsibilities are:

Project work in medium-siezd to large projects, focusing on Detailed Design, 

Construction and Commissioning / Qualification and working together with senior or lead engineers.
Solve tasks independently. Complexity according to experience.
Ensure changes to the scope of work are brought to the attention of the projectmanagement.
Ensure quality/review and compliance with codes and regulations of own work.

Review work of engineers in own discipline.
A close dialog with the Lead Ventilation Engineers and users concerning the project scope and customers requirements. To plan, ute, control, monitor and close the project according to the contract
Ensuring good design quality output in compliance with relevant procedure and standards.

Tender preparation, evaluation of contractor/supplier quotations and contract negotiations.
Knowledge of Chinese local regulatory requirements and standards.
Cross disciplinary coordination, including site support.
Skilful usage of AutoCAD software.


Qualifications:

Education 
M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Engineering or similar.
Fluent in English, spoken and written.

Experience (professional experience)
Min 5 years of experience mostly within the discipline.
Some experience from the process, pharmaceutical, chemical or food industry is a requirement.
Project experience within one of these industries is a must. Manufacturing experience within these industries is rated equally to process engineer experience.
Situated in Guangdong province.
