Job Description:
Main responsibilities are:
•Architect design for new and existing factories, buildings and interior compliant with Chinese local regulatory requirements and standards, a close dialog with the client and other disciplines.
•Prepare Proposals to customers, estimate man hours and price for architect deliverables.
•Execute project assignments in compliance with agreed time schedule, budget and quality requirement.
•On site construction supervision & inspections. Construction drawings updating.
You will also contribute toward internal development of ution methods:
•Guide new employees in tools, systems and engineering methods as well as general architectural design knowledge.
• Maintain a professional network to world wide.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor or Master Degree in architecture engineering or equivalent.
•Minimum 10 years’ professional experience, minimum 5 years’ experience as lead architect design engineer and 3 years’ experience in industrial factory building design, preferably in pharmacy field.
•Understand architecture design scope & deliverables at Concept Design, Basic Design, Detail Design phases. Creative and constructional design skills comprising:
o Clean rooms
o Internal finish works
o Material and personal flow in a manufacturing facility.
o Civil, building shell
o Site general layout /planning design
o Buildings- clean classification, fire zoning, etc.
o Infra structure-external road, fencing, etc.
• Good skill in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and 3d Studio Max etc. relevant Architectural 2D & 3D design, as well as in MS Office.
• Team player. Cross-cultural understanding and good communicative skills.
• Good command of written English. Good spoken command is preferable.
• Site experience from EPCM project, preferably in international engineering firm.
• Experience in architect Cost Estimate, Material Requisition, Technical Bid Analysis, and Tender document preparation & evaluation for civil contract etc.
• GMP knowledge is preferable.
