Position: Account Manager – North China
Location:Beijing
Report to: Sales Director, AudatexChina
Compensation Structure:
· Based Salary: 50%
· Commission (calculated and paid quarterly): 50%
Sales Territory:
· North China: Huabei
Key Customers Ownership:
· Branch offices of insurance companies
· Automobile repair shops (4S Shops)
· National ownership of the insurance companies whose headquarters resides in the sales territory
· Local industry associations and government authorities that has influential power over the automobile or insurance industries.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Achieve assigned sales targets through acquiring, developing, and retaining customers in the sales territory and convert the relationship into sustainable business results.

Be the full owner and take business leadership in the assigned territory and accounts for all sales activities.

Be a reliable and credible source of market information that can help the sales and marketing plan of the company

Take the leadership in business planning and ution cycle to ensure full potential can be realized from the territory to meet Solera‘s aggressive growth plan.

Provide regular business , accurate sales outlook and solid sales funnel information to the management

Consistently inspect and ensure all business activities in the assigned territory are fully compliant to Solera business ethic standard.

Ensure optimum level of resource utilization to generate best possible business results, such as travel and entertainment expenses, human resources.

Provide guidance and coaching to the sales support specialist working in the same territory

Collecting account receivable
Key Performance Indicators:
1. Order booking (annualized revenue)
2. Financial revenue
3. Net Contract Value Increase (NCVI)
4. Number of transactions
5. On-time collection of account receivables
6. Sales outlook accuracy
Qualifications:

University degree with 5-8 years working experience in sales field in related industry

Excellent communication and persuasive skill

Self-motivated and self-disciplined
-
Being able to spend around 50% of time on road for business travel

Ability to work in a pressured and fast moving environment

A result-oriented Team player

Outstanding presentation skill
