Responsibility:
· Management of Finance Department with 16 employees
· People development (daily coaching and on-job training)
· Department strategy & budget preparation and controlling
Create and updating of company finance rules and regulations
· Management of monthly closing and reporting to headquarter
· Management of yearly closing and annual audit
· Tax planning & reporting
· Cash flow management
· Finance support to branch offices
Qualification:
· Master or bachelor degree with 10 to 15 years’ finance working experience in
multinational company
· Master in finance control/forecast/financial management
· Must have excellent time management skills and abilities to manage changing
priorities
