Job Description:
· Management of Finance Department with 16 employees · People development (daily coaching and on-job training) · Department strategy & budget preparation and controlling Create and updating of company finance rules and regulations · Management of monthly closing and reporting to headquarter · Management of yearly closing and annual audit · Tax planning & reporting · Cash flow management · Finance support to branch offices Qualification: · Master or bachelor degree with 10 to 15 years’ finance working experience in multinational company · Master in finance control/forecast/financial management · Must have excellent time management skills and abilities to manage changing priorities Other Requirements: · Accountable for results with proactive attitude · Creative, self-motivated, actively participate in specific initiatives and promote positive company culture · Open-minded and ready for change · Cooperate and collaborate with business partners with good teamwork spirit · Customer focus, understand and satisfy internal and external customers · Continuously improve · Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese · Detail-oriented with good planning and organizing skill · Provide high quality solution for customer and work in an efficient and timely manner · Optimize processes with the business drives.
